How returns work

iDe Medical sells NICE, Reparel, and Manamed products directly to you and acts as the intermediary between you and each manufacturer. Every return comes back to iDe first. We inspect it, process your refund, and then handle the manufacturer side on your behalf. You contact iDe, not the manufacturer.

1.  You start the return with iDe within your return window.

2.  We confirm eligibility and send instructions, plus a return authorization number where one is required.

3.  You ship the item back to iDe with tracking, marked with the authorization number.

4.  We inspect it, issue your refund, and forward the item to the manufacturer.

TWO RULES THAT APPLY TO EVERY RETURN

 Shipping is never refunded. Customers cover return shipping on all returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds cover the product cost only.

 Inspect on arrival. Check every order the day it arrives. If anything is missing, incorrect, or damaged in transit, contact iDe within 48 hours of delivery so we can file any required carrier or manufacturer claim in time. Reports after 48 hours may not be recoverable.

NICE Cold Compression Therapy (Rental)

CANCELLATION WINDOW

 NICE is rented, not sold. You may cancel within 3 days of the delivery date for a refund, whether or not the device has been used.

 A refund covers the rental fee and the wrap cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable regardless of when the device is sent back.

 To cancel, contact iDe within the 3-day window. We provide a return authorization and a return label valid for 14 days, so please ship promptly.

 After the 3-day window, the rental is non-refundable for the remainder of the term. A short window reflects that a rental delivers its therapeutic benefit from the moment use begins.

RETURNING THE DEVICE

 Whether you cancel or reach the end of your rental term, the device must come back to iDe in working order with all accessories (wraps, power supply, adapters, carrying case).

Devices altered or serviced by unauthorized parties, or damaged by misuse, accident, neglect, or improper storage, may incur repair or replacement charges.

WARRANTY

 NICE devices carry a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the rental term.

 iDe administers all warranty service on your behalf and coordinates repair or replacement with NICE at no cost for valid claims. If a device stops working through no fault of your own, contact us and we will arrange a swap.

Reparel Bioactive Sleeves (Disposable)

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

 If you are not fully satisfied, you may return Reparel within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product cost, whether the product is opened or unopened. This matches Reparel's manufacturer guarantee.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

 Approved returns receive a full refund of the product cost to the original payment method. Refunds are issued to the original purchaser only and do not include shipping charges.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; please use a carrier with tracking. iDe is not responsible for return packages lost by a carrier.

 Need a faster exchange? Place a new order right away so your recovery is not interrupted, then send the original back. We credit the original order once it is received and inspected.

Manamed

WHAT WE ACCEPT

Unopened, unused product: full refund within 30 days of delivery. The customer pays return shipping.

 Opened or used product: not returnable, except for defects under warranty.

 Discontinued, altered, or logoed items are not returnable.

REFUNDS

 Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method for the product cost. Shipping charges are not refunded.

 Return shipping is prepaid by the customer; packages must be marked with the return authorization number we provide. Unmarked or freight-collect returns are refused.

WARRANTY

 Warranty is separate from the return window and runs much longer. A device that fails due to a manufacturing defect is covered even after it has been opened and used.

 iDe administers Manamed warranty claims on your behalf. If an item is found defective, Manamed will repair, replace, or credit it at their discretion.

 Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, accidental damage, or use outside the written instructions for use, and is not a substitute for changing your mind about a working product.

A note on disposables and opened product

For single-use products other than Reparel, we can only accept items that are unopened, sealed, and in resalable original packaging. Once opened, they cannot be returned to the manufacturer or resold, so they are not eligible for return or refund. Reparel is the exception: under its satisfaction guarantee, Reparel may be returned within 30 days whether opened or unopened. If you received the wrong item or a damaged shipment, that is different, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

How to start a return

Reach out to iDe Medical, not the manufacturer. We handle every step from there.

1.  Contact iDe. Within your return window (3 days to cancel a NICE rental; 30 days for Reparel or unopened Manamed), send us your order number, the item(s), and the reason.

2.  Get your authorization. We confirm eligibility and send return instructions, plus an authorization number where one is required.

3.  Ship it back to iDe. Pack the item in its original packaging, mark the authorization number on the outside, and ship with tracking.

4.  We inspect & process. Once it passes inspection, we issue your refund and forward the item to the manufacturer.

This policy applies to NICE, Reparel, and Manamed products purchased directly from iDe Medical. It does not apply to items marked final sale or non-returnable. iDe acts as the intermediary between the customer and each manufacturer; returns are inspected by iDe and processed in accordance with the originating manufacturer's return and warranty terms.

iDe Medical reserves the right to inspect all returned items, to refuse returns suspected of fraud or abuse, and to update this policy at any time. The effective date above reflects the current version.
